qartalia Cookie Policy

Controller: Gextiona Interproducción, S.L.

Version 2.0 · Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser or device to remember information between pages or visits (for example, that you are logged in). The same legal regime applies to other technologies for storing and retrieving information on the user's device, such as local storage (localStorage) or similar identifiers.

2. Cookies used by qartalia

qartalia uses a single essential technical cookie, necessary for the application to work. Technical or necessary cookies enable communication and the provision of the service expressly requested by the user:

  • costify_sid — session cookie. Keeps you logged in while you browse. It is deleted when you close the browser. Attributes: HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure (over HTTPS).

Purpose: authentication and session maintenance. Owner: first-party. Duration: session (non-persistent).

3. Is your consent required?

No. The costify_sid cookie is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user (keeping the session open). Under Article 22(2) LSSI and the AEPD Guidance, essential technical cookies are exempt from the duty to obtain prior consent. Nonetheless, their use is disclosed in this policy for transparency.

4. Third-party cookies and tracking

qartalia does not use third-party cookies or tracking tools: it does not use Google Analytics, the Meta/Facebook pixel, advertising cookies, tracking systems or cookie-based telemetry. No profiling or transfers to third parties derived from cookies are therefore carried out.

5. Can I disable cookies?

You can configure or block cookies from your browser settings. However, as this is a strictly necessary cookie, blocking it will prevent the application from working: it will not be possible to keep you authenticated between pages. Instructions for the most common browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Opera) are available in the privacy/cookies section of each browser's settings.

6. Changes to the cookie policy

If qartalia adds non-essential cookies in the future (for example, remembering preferences between sessions, analytics or third-party features), prior consent will be requested through a mechanism allowing them to be accepted, rejected or configured on equal terms, and this policy will be updated. The date of the latest version appears in the header.

7. Further information

For any questions about this Cookie Policy, you can write to privacy@qartalia.com. The processing of personal data is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
